Digital Delivery

This team oversees the development and continuous improvement of our applications. For any future major change programme, they’ll provide the specialist software engineering resources. It’s divided into three sections:

1  ■  Crime

Who deal with all applications used in the Crown and magistrates’ courts, as well as external facing services such as the Magistrates’ Rota and Digital Case System (used by the Crown Prosecution Service and Defence teams);

2  ■  Civil, Family and Tribunals (CFT)

Who deal with over 20 separate case management systems that support the various CFT services;

3  ■  Cross Cutting

This area is being created and will cover all systems which operate across jurisdictions.

Digital Delivery creates bespoke software solutions so people can access justice services – without any fuss. They support our colleagues to help them too. It’s all about putting our users first and creating a stress-free, easy to use service. This means taking on board customer feedback so we can keep on making improvements.
