As a Crown Court clerk, you will play a vital role in the delivery of justice. You will support the judiciary, manage courtroom proceedings and be responsible for keeping the hearings running smoothly and on time.

You’ll convene with the Judge and court usher ahead of the court proceedings. You’ll be at the forefront before court commences, answering any queries that come your way, able to build professional rapport with Legal Professionals and partner agencies. Outside the courtroom, you’ll need to master time management when it comes to critical documentation and be willing to learn and adapt to the developing, sometimes unique, technology.
