Human Resources Directorate

The HMCTS Human Resources Directorate finds ways to improve our services and delivers advice and guidance to all staff on essential people-related issues.

We also provide direction on restructuring and guide HMCTS through huge people changes across communication, learning, recruitment, vetting, promotions, attendance management, inefficiency, performance and conduct matters, wellbeing, pay and reward.
